Are you a qualified HLTA looking for an exciting new opportunity in Leeds? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA to join our team and support local schools on a supply basis.

About the Role:
As a HLTA, you’ll play a key role in supporting teachers, enhancing classroom learning, and working with pupils across various age groups. This is a flexible supply position, offering opportunities in both primary and secondary schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence.
  • Supporting students in small groups and one-on-one settings.
  • Assisting in planning, preparation, and classroom management.
  • Providing tailored support to pupils, including those with SEN.
  • Supporting teachers with administrative tasks and resource preparation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A confident and adaptable individual with strong classroom management skills.
  • Experience working across different key stages is desirable.
  • A passion for education and supporting student progress.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
