Are you an experienced and confident HLTA looking for exciting opportunities in Leeds? We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support schools on a supply basis, helping to inspire and motivate young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons and interventions in the absence of the class teacher.
  • Provide tailored support to students across all abilities, ensuring their academic and personal development.
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities in line with the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure smooth day-to-day classroom operations.
  • Support children with SEN or additional needs as required.

Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to new environments.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to helping children reach their full potential.
  • Previous experience working with primary-aged students is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
