Are you a qualified and experienced HLTA looking for flexible and rewarding opportunities in Leeds? We are seeking dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our supply team and support schools across the region.

About the Role:

  • Deliver lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 in the absence of a teacher, ensuring continuity in students' learning.
  • Provide targeted support to individuals or groups, tailoring activities to suit diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan, prepare, and assess lessons, maintaining a high standard of education.
  • Support the social, emotional, and academic development of all pupils, creating an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Flexible roles available in short-term, long-term, or day-to-day supply, allowing you to manage your schedule.

About You:

  • Qualified HLTA with proven experience delivering lessons and supporting classroom management.
  • Confident in leading whole classes and delivering the curriculum across a range of subjects.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
  • Passionate about education, with a commitment to supporting every child’s learning journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
