Position Details:
- Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
- Location: Bradford (various primary schools)
- Type: Supply – flexible days available
- Start Date: Immediate or January start available
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons and cover classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring continuity of learning.
- Work with small groups and 1:1 to support targeted interventions and help students meet learning objectives.
- Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse student needs.
- Support teachers in managing behaviour, assessing progress, and providing feedback to students and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified HLTA with proven experience in primary education.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum and ability to work with pupils across all primary stages.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, adaptable approach to classroom management.
- Passion for fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
