Protocol Education are looking for a dynamic and motivated HLTA on behalf of a Primary School within Witham. This individual will need to have at least a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification to join the team, covering Key Stage 2 classes during PPA, ECT and subject release time. This role will be two days a week within the school.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging lessons planned by teachers, promoting learning and development.
- Supporting pupils within their learning.
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Promote positive behaviour management strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification.
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
- Positive approach to child development and classroom management.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills both written and verbally.
- Demonstrates patience and calmness at all times.
- An empathetic and inspirational attitude with a genuine passion for supporting the development of children.
