Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching to primary school students within a well-respected multi-academy trust in Dudley.
  • Create positive learning environments and foster student success.
  • Follow the trust's curriculum guidelines and educational policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to ensure a supportive and effective teaching environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE.
  • Passion for working with children and dedication to their educational development.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality teaching.

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Hold a PGCE or QTS qualification.
  • Experience in teaching primary school students is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and educational best practises.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications or training related to primary education.
  • Experience working in a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
