About the Students

You will support children with specific SEN diagnoses, including Autism, Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) issues, various Learning Difficulties, and behavioral challenges. Your role involves assisting with daily classroom activities and providing 1:1 support to create a positive learning environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Classroom Support: Assist teachers in the classroom, provide 1:1 or small group support to students.
  • Behavior Management: Monitor and manage student behavior effectively.
  • Student Engagement: Engage and motivate students in their learning journey.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have experience working with children with SEND (preferred).
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Are passionate about education and creating a supportive learning environment.
  • Can effectively engage and motivate students.
  • Have the ability to manage classroom behavior.
