Role and Responsibilities: As a Psychology graduate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the well-being and academic progress of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and positive learning environment.
  • Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse needs.
  • Contributing to the overall pastoral care and emotional well-being of the students.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest educational psychology practices.
