We are currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Islington. This full-time position starts in September 2024 and welcomes graduates from all subjects to apply. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' educational and personal development, making a significant impact on their academic journey.
As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include working with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, collaborating with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment. You will assist in delivering effective teaching, helping with the planning and delivery of lessons, and preparing classroom resources. Additionally, you will support the development of students' educational and behavioral skills, fostering their social skills and aiding their integration within the community.
