Protocol Education is seeking individuals who can inspire and encourage children with specific SEN diagnoses. The students you will support may have complex needs, including Autism, SEMH, various forms of Learning Difficulties, and behavioural challenges. Your role will be to assist with daily classroom activities and provide 1:1 support, creating a positive learning environment. This experience is valuable for those interested in pursuing a career in education.

The Role

  • Provide classroom, 1:1, or small group support to students.
  • Monitor and manage student behaviour.
  • Engage students in their learning.

Ideal Candidate

  • Prior experience working with children with SEND.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for education and creating a supportive learning environment.
  • The ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour.
