No prior professional experience is necessary. However, childcare or personal experience is preferred, and the right character is essential to make a positive impact on student development.

Protocol Education is currently seeking personnel who can inspire and encourage children with specific SEN diagnoses. Some of the students you will support may have complex needs, including Autism, SEMH, various forms of Learning Difficulties, and behavioural challenges. Your role will be to assist with daily classroom activities and provide 1:1 support, creating a positive learning environment. This is valuable experience for those interested in pursuing a career in education.

The Role

  • Provide classroom, 1:1, or small group student support.
  • Monitor and manage student behaviour.
  • Engage students in their learning.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working with children with SEND.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for education and creating a supportive learning environment.
  • The ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour.
