Your Responsibilities:

  • Student Support: Provide assistance to students in the classroom, in small groups, or one-on-one.
  • Behaviour Management: Maintain a conducive learning environment by monitoring and managing student behaviour.
  • Active Engagement: Encourage student participation and promote engagement in their learning.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: While previous experience with children, especially those with SEND, is advantageous, it is not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with students and staff.
  • Passion for Education: A genuine interest in creating an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Student Engagement: Ability to motivate and engage students in their educational journey.
  • Behaviour Management: Competence in effectively managing classroom behaviour.
