Protocol Education are working with a School in Aylesbury who are looking for 3 Learning Support assistants for their early years classroom for the summer term, starting in April until the end of the academic year.

Your Role: As a Level 3 Qualified Support assistant, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the development and well-being of children aged 0-5 years. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Creating engaging and stimulating learning environments
  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observing and assessing children's progress
  • Ensuring the health and safety of all children in your care

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for working with children
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
