Graduate Learning Support Assistant

As a Graduate Learning Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting students across a range of subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and more. Working closely with our experienced teaching staff, you'll provide individualized assistance to students who may require additional support to excel academically.

 

Responsibilities Include:

Supporting students in understanding key concepts

Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.

Assisting students in developing effective study skills and organizational strategies.

Collaborating with teachers to create tailored learning plans for students with diverse learning needs.

Cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.

 

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, English, Science, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them achieve their full potential.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

Previous experience in an educational setting or working with young people is advantageous but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
