This role will give you valuable experience overseeing a secondary school class room. 

The role:

  • you will be the responsible adult in the classroom 
  • you will be expected to oversee behaviour and ensure students are being productive
  • you will be required to create and maintain a positive learning environment. 
  • you will NOT be expected to do any planning, prep or marking.

Requirements:

  • Has completed an undergrad degree. 
  • Is passionate about persueing a career in education. 
  • Has or is willing to gain an enhanced DBS.
  • Has good communication skills.
  • Is confident in front of large groups.
