Job Duties:
- Supporting experienced teachers in delivering lessons
- Assisting in planning and preparing educational materials
- Providing one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions
- Observing and learning teaching methods and classroom management techniques
- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
No prior teaching experience required, but any relevant experience in a school setting would be beneficial
Knowledge and Skills:
- Passion for education and working with young learners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of educational theories and practises
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience working with children or young adults
Working Conditions:
The role will primarily be based in a school environment, with regular hours during term time. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for school events or meetings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
