Job Duties:

- Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons to students - Create a supportive learning environment that encourages student participation - Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments and exams - Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Degree in Geography or related field

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Geography or related field

Experience:

Previous experience teaching Geography at the secondary level is preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong understanding of the Geography curriculum - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process - Organisational skills to manage lesson planning and student assessments

Preferred Qualifications:

- Postgraduate qualification in Education - Experience working with diverse student populations

Working Conditions:

- Work in a school setting - Full-time hours during term time - Collaborative work environment
