Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils.
- Assess and track student progress, providing tailored support where needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school staff to enhance learning outcomes.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A passion for early years education and student development.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
