Job Title: Flexible Supply Teachers

Salary:

£120 - £200 Per day

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students across different age groups and subjects
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit the individual learning needs of students
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Ensure all lesson plans and assessments are completed and submitted in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support student learning and development

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in teaching and managing classrooms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Proficient in classroom management techniques
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a school environment
  • Full-time hours with flexibility in scheduling
  • Potential for temporary assignments in different schools

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
