Primary Teachers Needed for Sleaford Area – January Start

Are you a qualified Primary Teacher seeking a flexible role in the Sleaford area? Key Information:

  • Location: Sleaford and surrounding areas
  • Start Date: January 2025
  • Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
  • Driving Licence: Essential (due to the need to travel to various schools)
  • Experience: Primary teaching experience required (EYFS to KS2 experience beneficial, but not essential)
  • ECTs Welcome: Newly qualified teachers encouraged to apply
  • Specialised Teachers: Teachers with a specific subject expertise are also welcome!

 

Required Qualifications:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • Degree in Education or relevant subject area
  • Recent Classroom Experience: Experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2, or specialist subjects is desirable
  • Driving Licence: Due to the nature of supply work, a full, clean driving licence is essential

 

Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects and age groups, in line with the school’s curriculum
  • Effectively manage classroom behaviour, creating a positive and productive learning environment
  • Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, promoting an inclusive classroom
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with school staff
  • Provide constructive feedback on student progress and contribute to the school’s educational development
  • Support and guide students in their learning journey, fostering engagement and curiosity
