Start Date: September 2024.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Female PE Teacher starting in our School from September 2024. The successful candidate will need to be passionate about sports and physical education, inspiring students to achieve their best and develop lifelong healthy habits. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PE lessons across a range of sports and activities.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PE curriculum that meets national standards.
  • Assess and evaluate students’ progress and performance, providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all students feel encouraged and supported.
  • Organise and oversee extracurricular sports clubs and school teams.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during PE activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' overall development.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
  • Teaching certification (QTS/PGCE or equivalent).
  • Proven experience teaching PE at primary or secondary school level.
  • Strong knowledge of various sports, fitness activities, and health education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
  • Commitment to continuing professional development.

 Requirements:

 

  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Has or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to education and personal growth.
