We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a highly regarded, local authority-maintained nursery that provides outstanding care and education for children aged 2-4 years.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support engaging, play-based learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support, ensuring each child’s individual learning needs are met.
  • Create and maintain an inspiring indoor and outdoor learning environment that encourages curiosity and discovery.
  • Foster children's confidence, independence, and social skills, helping them develop emotionally and academically.
  • Prepare exciting resources and activities that enhance children's learning experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and staff, sharing insights into children’s progress and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a committed and supportive team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare – Essential.
  • Experience in a nursery or early years setting – Preferred.
  • A passion for supporting young children’s development and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time, 5-day-a-week role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
