Protocol Education are seeking for motivated and enthusiastic EYFS Teachers to join our successful supply team. The successful candidate will:
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Have high enthusiasm and eagerness to encourage learning through play
- Have a QTS or equivalent as well as an enhanced DBS.
- Be a resourceful leader who is able to read the room and understand each individual child’s needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Be able to guide Early Years Practitioners to deliver meaningful early experiences.
- Show a good understanding of the balance for adult led and child led activities .
- Show good communication skills with parents, colleagues and outside professionals.
