We are a trusted education agency working with a variety of SEN schools that need dedicated Teaching Assistants for both short-term cover and long-term placements. Whether you’re looking for flexibility or a stepping stone to a permanent role, we have opportunities to suit your needs.
About the Role:
✔ Supporting students with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and complex needs
✔ Assisting teachers with planning and delivering tailored learning activities
✔ Providing one-to-one and small group support to help students reach their potential
✔ Helping manage behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
✔ Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet individual student needs
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in an SEN setting
✅ A strong understanding of SEN and a passion for making a difference
✅ Patience, resilience, and the ability to build positive relationships with students
✅ Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and student needs
✅ Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA qualification) are desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
