Are you a skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for flexible opportunities in Bradford? We are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support local schools on a supply basis, providing essential support to students and teachers alike.

About the Role:
As an experienced Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide tailored support to individuals and small groups of students, including those with SEN.
  • Assist in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Support classroom management and help with the preparation of learning resources.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils to promote their academic and personal development.
  • Work flexibly across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings to suit your expertise and interests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in primary or secondary schools.
  • Confidence in supporting SEN pupils or leading interventions.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
