Are you a skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible supply opportunities in Bradford? We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team and support local schools in creating inclusive and nurturing learning environments.
About the Role:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and delivering interventions.
- Work one-to-one and in small groups, adapting strategies to meet individual needs.
- Support students' social, emotional, and academic development, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 settings, depending on your expertise and school needs.
About You:
- Proven experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, with a strong understanding of additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, or Speech and Language difficulties.
- Confident in implementing behavior management strategies and creating supportive learning experiences.
- Patient, compassionate, and adaptable, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to promoting inclusion and making a positive impact in students’ lives.
