Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications 

Are you passionate about supporting the learning and development of children in Key Stage 2? We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistant to work across schools in Bradford on a supply basis, providing essential support to students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons tailored to Key Stage 2 pupils.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students with their academic progress.
  • Support the class teacher with classroom management, lesson preparation, and resource organization.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students, including those with additional needs.
  • Encourage students to develop their confidence, social skills, and independence.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a primary school setting, preferably within KS2.
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting children's development.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and schedules.
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to obtain them is advantageous.
