Protocol Education is seeking reliable and responsible Exam Invigilators to assist during the upcoming mock exam period at Secondary Schools across London. If you're detail-oriented and passionate about supporting students during this critical time, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure a calm and controlled environment during exams.
  • Assist with the setup and distribution of exam materials.
  • Verify student attendance and ensure compliance with examination regulations.
  • Monitor students throughout the exam to prevent malpractice.
  • Collect and securely package exam scripts at the end of the session.
  • Provide support to students in accordance with examination protocols, including those with access arrangements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a high-pressure environment.
  • Previous experience as an invigilator (desirable but not essential).
  • DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo one).
