Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for education to join us as Entry-Level Teaching Assistants. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons, helping students to achieve their full potential and fostering a love of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in preparing materials and resources for lessons across various subjects and year groups
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help with their learning
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported
- Support students with special educational needs or disabilities in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and provide feedback on their work
Requirements:
