Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons to students
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to curriculum guidelines
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS or equivalent) - those with extensive experience teaching Secondary English but no QTS will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature
- Experience working with students of varying abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational trends

- Experience teaching English as a second language
Working Conditions:
The English Teacher role is based in Yorkshire and the Humber, North Yorkshire, Redcar.
The position is temporary and requires working full-time hours.
The teacher will primarily work within an educational setting, interacting with students and colleagues on a daily basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
