The Role:

As an Employability Trainer at CRC, you will play a crucial role in empowering our students to develop the skills and confidence necessary to excel in the workplace. You will have the opportunity to work both on-site and offsite within the community, fostering valuable connections with our referral partners.

What we are looking for in our role:

This opportunity is perfect for someone who is experienced in delivering employability programmes to students aged 16+ and to adults. As part of your role, you may be required to work some evenings and weekends.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
