Position: Education Assessment Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive assessment strategies to measure student learning outcomes in alignment with curriculum standards.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and educational specialists to design and administer formative and summative assessments.

Analyse assessment data to identify trends, areas of strength, and areas for improvement at the individual, classroom, and school-wide levels.

Provide professional development and training to teachers on effective assessment practices and data analysis techniques.

Stay informed about current research and best practices in assessment and evaluation to continuously improve assessment processes.

Requirements:

Master's degree or higher in Education, Educational Assessment, or related field.

Extensive experience working in primary education, with a strong understanding of curriculum standards and assessment principles.

Proficiency in administering and interpreting a variety of assessment tools and techniques, including standardized tests, performance assessments, and rubrics.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
