Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students' individual needs.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment.
- Assess and evaluate student progress using various assessment methods.
- ️ Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to support student development.
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- PGCE
- ✅ QTS
- Degree in Education or related field
Experience:
- Experience teaching primary school students is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and educational best practices.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- ️ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training or certifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Safeguarding.
