Company Branding: For September 2024, we are seeking a Full-Time Early Years Class Teacher to join our successful team of passionate educators in a Nottingham school. This is a temporary position for one year initially, with opportunities for newly qualified, recently qualified, and experienced teachers.
The school is a well-regarded two-form entry first school serving the local community.

Please note that while this position is initially for an Early Years Class Teacher, there may be opportunities to move to different year groups in the future.
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging and informative lessons that inspire and promote progress for all pupils.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and Teaching Assistants to create an excellent learning environment.
- Manage challenging behavior in a positive, proactive, and consistent manner.
- Differentiate lessons to suit the needs and learning styles of all pupils.
- Use varied assessment methods to monitor and assess pupil progress.
- Display high levels of enthusiasm, energy, and positivity when working with children.
- Collaborate effectively with Teaching Assistants to ensure children receive the best possible educational experience.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Experience:
- Experience teaching in Early Years settings
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Creative teaching methods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training in Early Years education
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school setting, following the academic calendar. Full-time hours are expected.
