Early Careers Primary Supply Teacher

Are you a recently qualified teacher in Tower Hamlets who has not secured an ECT position in September and looking for supply work?

Protocol Education are currently looking for dedicated and passionate Early Careers Teachers who are looking to build their experience in the classroom.

Working on supply as an ECT can be a great way to build your confidence, experience different schools and make connections with potential schools that can support your ECT year in future.

We work with schools in Tower Hamlets to help with daily, short-term and long-term cover so we will be able to find you a role that suits you!

We are looking for ECT teachers based locally to Tower Hamlets who can make a big impact in a short space of time.

Your role as a supply teacher is to deliver a high standard of teaching whilst maintaining excellent classroom control.

Using our mobile app, you can let us know in advance what days you are free on any given week and we will do the rest.

We work with a wide range of schools in Tower Hamlets and beyond and you can expect regular and ongoing work.

Salary:

£140 - £150 Per day - PAYE

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to primary school students
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
