Role Overview:
As an Economics Teacher, you will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that cover essential economic theories, current affairs, and practical applications. You will have the opportunity to inspire students, help them develop critical thinking skills, and prepare them for future academic and career paths in economics and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver comprehensive Economics lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
- Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Encourage students to engage with current economic events and think critically about financial matters.
- Collaborate with other faculty to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Economics or a related field.
- Experience teaching Economics in a UK secondary school.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- A genuine passion for Economics and a commitment to inspiring students’ academic growth.
