Job Duties:
- Assist the teacher in delivering the Early Years Curriculum
- Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and the school to create a supportive learning environment
- Support the learning and development of Early Years pupils
- Help to establish and maintain a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
- Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Education:
GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Helpful and positive attitude
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Numeracy and literacy skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
This role involves working within an Early Years educational setting, supporting teachers and pupils. The working hours are full-time and may require flexibility.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
