Job Title: Early Years Teacher

Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for early years students
- Assess and monitor student progress to ensure learning objectives are met
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with early years students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in early years education
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of early years curriculum and best teaching practises
- Ability to effectively manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Proficient in using educational technology to enhance lessons
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Early Years Education
- Experience working in a multicultural or diverse school environment
Working Conditions:
- Work hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
- Temporary position with the possibility of extension

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
