Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Harlow, working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to the EYFS framework, fostering development across all areas of learning.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children feel safe and excited to explore.
- Support children in developing their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills through play-based learning.
- Assess and monitor children’s progress, identifying next steps and sharing updates with parents and carers.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
- Promote independence, confidence, and a love for learning in every child.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
- Experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage is highly desirable.
- A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and the ability to implement it creatively.
- Patience, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to working with young children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
