Early Years Practitioner 

Location: Cambridge
Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Start Date: April 2025

A vibrant and nurturing early years setting in Cambridge is seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children and wants to contribute to their early development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 0-5
Delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework
Working closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to support children’s learning and wellbeing
Observing and assessing children’s progress to ensure individual needs are met

What We Need From You:

✔ Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, BTEC, or equivalent)
✔ A genuine passion for early childhood education
✔ Knowledge of safeguarding and child development
✔ An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
