Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Wandsworth, Greater London. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Job Duties:

  • Plan and implement activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children
  • Monitor and record children's progress and development
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures related to childcare

Required Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
  • DBS check
  • First Aid certification

Education:

Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Level 4 Early Years Educator qualification

Working Conditions:

This role involves working full-time hours, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be based in a vibrant and dynamic early years setting in Wandsworth, Greater London.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
