Protocol Education are recruiting for an Early Years Learning Support Assistant (LSA) within a School in Shropshire.
The school is an independent primary school that recently received a "Good" rating in their Ofsted inspection. It is a one-form entry school with 292 students enrolled. The school's vision is to inspire every child with an enriching and challenging learning journey that is both enjoyable and relevant for their future. The school are seeking an Early Years Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. The school is looking for an individual who is encouraging, non-judgmental, patient, easy to talk to, positive, and adaptable. You must be able to speak to students in a manner that encourages and supports them, enabling you to establish trusted relationships. You will work with students within Early Years, aged 0-5 years on a 1:1 and whole class basis within the classroom. There will also be opportunities to mentor students and provide small group interventions.
Role: Early Years LSA
Location: Shropshire.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 15:00
Start date: Monday 6th January 2025
Qualifications: Level 2/3 Early Years Educator required, SEND Certificate, Food and Hygiene, Paediatric First Aid and other EYFS qualifications would be beneficial.
