Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Level 3 Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering the development of young children and creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Assess and monitor children's progress through observations and record-keeping, and use this information to inform planning and support.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of each child.
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and caregivers, providing regular updates on children's progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best educational outcomes for all children.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-resourced classroom.
- Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and engage in continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in an early years setting, ideally within the EYFS framework.
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a warm and welcoming learning environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and education.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
