Early Years Graduate Teaching Assistant - September 2024 Start
Location: Westminster
Job Type: Contract, Full-Time
Salary: £85 - £100 Per day - in line with AWR after 12 weeks.

We are currently looking for motivated Graduates to work in Primary Schools and Early Years Settings across Westminster.
You will be working closely with children who are in the process of being diagnosed for a range of different additional needs.
You will play an active role in monitoring, tracking progress and feeding back to the parents and SENDCO on the children's progress.
You will be responsible for helping formulate an individual plan that is tailored to the needs of the children you are working with.
This is a role where you have the chance to make a real difference from day one.

Job Duties:
- Supporting the lead teacher in delivering lessons and activities
- Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
- Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
- Preparing and organising educational materials
- Assessing student performance and providing feedback
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Early Years Education preferred but other degrees also considered
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
- Classroom-based role with potential for outdoor activities
- May involve standing for long periods and occasional lifting of educational materials
- Working in schools local to Westminster

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
