Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate educational activities for young children
  • Assess individual learning needs and create tailored learning plans
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development
  • Keep accurate records of children's progress and development

Required Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Previous experience working with young children

  • Understanding of early childhood development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • First Aid certification
  • Experience with special educational needs (SEN)

Working Conditions:

This role involves working with young children in an educational setting. The working hours are full-time, and the successful candidate will need to comply with all safeguarding and health & safety regulations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
