Our company looks for teaching assistants who are nurturing, patient, and passionate about supporting young children's learning and development. Candidates must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Supporting Teaching and Learning, with additional training in first aid and safeguarding. Experience working with young children, including those with special educational needs (SEN), is essential. We value individuals who have a strong understanding of child development and can create a stimulating and supportive learning environment. Strong communication skills, a positive, energetic attitude, and the ability to work well within a team are key qualities. Flexibility and adaptability are important in our dynamic environment, and we are looking for teaching assistants who are committed to their own professional development to continually improve their skills. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
