Job Title: Early Years and Foundation Qualified Teacher

Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for early years and foundation stage students
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic development of young learners
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Specialist knowledge and experience in early years and foundation stage education
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching in early years or foundation stage settings
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Effective classroom management skills
- Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance teaching and learning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate certificate in Early Years Education
- Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN)
- Training in safeguarding and child protection
Working Conditions:
- Work in a school setting with regular term-time hours
- Interact with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher meetings as required
- Adhere to the school's dress code and professional standards

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
