Job Title: Early Years and Foundation Qualified Teacher

Salary: £150 - £160 Per day
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for early years and foundation stage children
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Organise activities to help children explore their interests and develop skills
- Develop schedules and routines to ensure children have enough physical activity and rest
- Observe and monitor each child's progress and development
- Identify any signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and communicate with parents
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the overall development of each child
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Specialist knowledge in Early Years and Foundation Stage curriculum
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
- Previous experience teaching early years and foundation stage children
- Demonstrated ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development theories and practises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual children
- Strong classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training or certifications in early childhood education
- Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN)
Working Conditions:

- Full-time contract position with regular school hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
