Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to take the next step in your teaching journey? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic ECT to join a supportive and friendly primary school in Bishop’s Stortford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess lessons for primary students
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Work closely with experienced teachers to further develop teaching skills
- Provide feedback on student progress and development
Essential Criteria:
- Early Career Teacher (ECT) status or nearing completion of teacher training
- Passionate about early years education and student development
- Strong classroom management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
