Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Tracking Progress: Help your students reach their potential by regularly assessing and providing personalized feedback.
  • ‍ Supporting Students: Be a key player in helping students navigate their learning journey, offering guidance and encouragement every step of the way.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: Share ideas, learn from seasoned professionals, and participate in staff meetings and ongoing training that will supercharge your teaching skills.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You’ve recently completed your teacher training and are ready to hit the ground running!
  • A Passion for Education: You’re driven by the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners’ lives.
  • ️ Great Communication Skills: You’ll connect effortlessly with students, parents, and colleagues alike.
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum: You're up-to-date with the latest in teaching practices and curriculum standards.

Preferred But Not Essential:

  • PGCE Qualification: If you’ve gone above and beyond with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, that’s a bonus!
  • Diverse Classroom Experience: Experience working with a wide variety of students is a plus, but not a dealbreaker.
